P355GH is a fine grained steel for pressure vessels and heat exchangers. It is according to EN10028-3.EN10028 P355GH steel plates is characterised by a minimum yield strength of 280-355 MPa and by good weldability,so P355GH steel is mainly used to for manufacturing boilers, pressure vessels and pipes transporting hot liquids.

P355GH steel is mainly used for making the carburized parts which don’t have high demand on surface and section size < 50 mm in diameter, such as carburized small gear, small axis, low requirements piston pins, cross pin head, diesel engine sleeve, valve plunger mandril, gearbox joystick, steel bushing, etc of automobiles, tractors and in machine tools production. In addition, in the hot rolling and normalizing state P355GH steel can also be used for manufacturing rivet welding parts, screw and nut etc.
